Seek fertility advice: The general rule of thumb is that a couple should consider evaluation with a fertility specialist after having a year of unprotected intercourse. The work-up begins with a thorough examination of the couple including menstrual and contraceptive history and some basic testing including a semen analysis for the man. I believe it is time for you two to pursue that evaluation. Best wishes:)
