Hard to say: If you have had regular unprotected sex for at least a year without conception, it is considered to be infertility. There are many causes of infertility, not all of them are related to the female. If you fall into this category, please see a gynecologist or reproductive endocrinologist for evaluation.

Too little info: Four years is a long time. However, lots of questions: was the first conception rapid? Same partner? Any complications with last delivery? Normal delivery or c-section? Are your periods regular? Has any testing been done? Please see a fertility specialist in order to obtain a thorough and rapid evaluation.
