Depends : Most patients with endometriosis have no trouble getting pregnant at all. In a small number of endometriosis patients it can be an issue. Why the hurry at such a young age to get pregnant? Why not focus on your career plans and education first before starting a family?

Varies: Many women with endometriosis do not have difficulty conceiving. The best time to conceive is at the time of ovulation.
