Can a loop monitor pick up ventricular tachycardia? does it look different than sinus tachycardia? if so how?

Ventricular Tachycardia is a much faster rhythm and the QRS COMPLEX is wider and more distorted. The Rythm is too fast to support your BP and will cause syncope
