IT CAN: there is many non cardiac reason for chest pain. i am assuming that cardiac reason have been ruled out gallbladder is on the organ that can cause chest pain,but that will not show by endo. peptic ulcer disease,gastritis,esophageal spasm,can cause chest pain,endo can be used to ruled out. usually the doctor use the system of elimination, start with the most popular common diagnosis, and goes down .
