Teething patterns: Teething patterns in infants is highly variable. Some babies don't get their first tooth until after one year of age. Absence of teeth completely is rare, but can easily be checked by a dental xray. Consult with a pediatric dentist for more information.

Genetics: Genetics determine the eruption patterns and timing of teeth. There is a wide variation among children... some are born with teeth, others are late bloomers. Appears that she is teething.

Delayed eruption: Not abnormal, some children will get their teeth earlier while others later. It is normal. When children's teeth come in later than average, it is called delayed tooth eruption. Good luck.
