Can' hardly open and close my mouth without biting my left cheek. it's become so often that i now have a line/bulge on my cheek from all the biting.

Something's wrong: That your cheek is so swollen inside. You could have an infected/ enlarged gland or just swelling from the inflammation from all the bites. Someone needs to check your cheek for a cause and make sure that your jaw alignment is OK. You can start with a clinic for this but may need a dentist/oral surgeon. Good luck!
