Blood work, urinalysis and x-ray of chest normal but bilateral abodominal pain just below rib cage persist. can it be cancel?

Hard to say.: How long have you had the pain? Do you have other symptoms, like weight loss, change in bowel or bladder habits, unexplained vaginal bleeding, night sweats, etc.,? Do you have af family history or any risk factors for cancer? The fact that those tests were normal is good but more testing is needed to find out cause if pain continues. Good luck!
