Get help!: It's good this child has someone like you who cares! If they have a plan, I hope you are able to get them to a secure, safe place (Hospital ER) ASAP. Even w/o a plan, if they want to die, they need to be in seriously good intensive supportive treatment - not just pills or infreq contact. If they only 'think about it', it's less of a crisis - but why take chances? Get help w/ the help you give!
