The difference is..,: Ceramic braces attach to the front of your teeth just like traditional metal braces. The difference is the brackets are made of tooth colored ceramic instead of metal. Lingual braces attach to the tongue side of your teeth. Not everyone has enough room on the backside of their upper front teeth to fit lingual braces. Only an orthodontist can determine which will work better for you.

Invisalign ?: Brackets, whether metal or ceramic, are bonded to your teeth and use wires, elastics, and springs to move your teeth. Invisalign uses a series of trays to move your teeth. The trays are removable and made of a clear plastic. Ask your orthodontist what would work best for you.
