Full: when a person eats a lot the blood flow to the brain is decreased as it diverts to the intestines, the decreased blood flow to the brain gives the brain less oxygen which makes a person very drowsy and sleepy.

A large meal: diverts your blood flow to your stomach...reducing it to your brain.....its OK but not the "healthiest" way to eat!!!! Is eating a problem???? Are you overweight????? Also if you have to RETURN to work..after eating??...well???? Hope this helps Dr Z
