A member asked:

How might one fall asleep after i was waken up around 3 a.m.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Practice relaxation: If you are doing sleep hygiene but still waking in the night, with lots of thoughts, relaxation and imagery techniques are often helpful to help you return to sleep. Be sure to stick with sleep structure, maintaining bed just for sleep, and so forth. For more help with these make an appointment with a therapist.
