Aerobic exercise: Walking, biking or swimming for 30-60 minutes every day would be a great exercise program for you to stay healthy during your pregnancy. Taking a prenatal vitamin and eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables will also help you stay healthy. Have a great and happy baby.
