Normal exercise ok: Exercise is ok in pregnancy. If you are starting a new program start gradually and keep hydrated while exercising. Avoid repeated jumping and bouncing exercises in the third trimester. If you are very athletic prior to getting pregnant you should be able to continue most of the same activities when pregnant. Always check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.
