Depends.: If you are 43 years old and have had ivf then you should follow your doctor's advice and avoid all strenuous exercise. If this was a spontaneous conception, mild-moderate exercise may be permitted throughout pregnancy within reason. Prefer swimming pool, treadmill, stationary bike if possible.

Anything you did b4: Any exercise you are already accustomed to would probably be safe. Try not to get dehydrated if doing aerobic activity. Walking is great exercise all through pregnancy.
