Yes at least : You should really brush after eating so maybe at least three times per day and also use floss once or twiice per day.

You should: The less bacteria you have sticking to your teeth the less problems you will have in the long run. Brush twice and floss at least once per day, too.

Yes, recommended: When you brush your teeth twice a day, you help remove food and plaque. In addition to brushing your teeth, you should also floss daily and eat a healthy diet.

Yes- for life!!: At age 16, you need to brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day. In addition, I would recommend using a tongue scraper at least in the morning. Set up great hygiene for life!! Also if possible try to limit your sugar intake to prevent caries. Sugar is prevalent in many sports drinks.
