Yes- for life!!: At age 16, you need to brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day. In addition, I would recommend using a tongue scraper at least in the morning. Set up great hygiene for life!! Also if possible try to limit your sugar intake to prevent caries. Sugar is prevalent in many sports drinks.
