Best to: Ideally, the last thing that you should do before going to bed for the night is brush and floss your teeth. There is a biofilm that develops on your teeth and without removing it, you are more likely to develop cavities and gums problems, especially during the night when salivary flow is decreased. Some foods & liquids are less problematic, but it's still a good idea.

It is recommended: Are you saying that at night time you brush your teeth before bed and then consume a vitamin drink? If that is the case, i would recommend that you switch that scenario around. I do not know what all the ingredients are in your drink, but if there are any fermentable carbohydrates you can get cavities.
