I only brush teeth once a day in the morning, will that cause erosion to my enamel?

Probably not: Use a soft bristle brush. The frequency of brushing and the right method are what keep erosion and buildup to a minimum.

No erosion...: ...But not good enough. For best results brush 2x/day 2 full minutes by the clock using a soft toothbrush and a pea-sized portion of fluoridated toothpaste. Don't forget to clean between teeth (floss/water pik) daily. Brush gently. The idea is to disrupt the soft, sticky bacterial plaque.
