ATYPICAL CHEST PAIN: Atypical Chest Pain. Needs prompt EVAL even though you are under 50, cardiac etiology needs to be ruled out. You need labs CPK and troponin levels and serial EKG. Once cardiac status has been evaluated other work ups can be done as an out patient. Seek prompt evaluation at urgent care or ER
