Chest pain after eat: If the symptoms occur only after eating - makes me think less of a cardiac cause. Sounds more like a hiatal hernia or GE reflux. A hiatal hernia may press on the nerves around the heart causing your symptoms. I might suggest that you see your family doctor - get an EKG to exclude ongoing heart ischemia and consider an UGI x-ray or a barium swallow x-ray. Good luck.
