In the middle of my chest between my breasts theres a very heavy tight feeling and it feels like i cant get enough oxygen. use symbicort, use cpap and my heart is fine. many think its anxiety but its so persistent and different than my us anxiety ?

Asthma/COPD: Use an Albuterol rescue inhaler, two puffs and please see your physician. You may need a course of oral steroids. Avoid smoke and allergens such as dust and pollen. Continue your asthma plan and please have an evaluation right away. Monitor your temperature, have a flu vaccine, rest and drink fluids. Bronchitis should be ruled out, more details would be helpful.
