Probably not cardiac: Your normal labs and age strongly speak for the palpitations not being by heart problems..

I have every symptom of heart failure. pcp dosnt think thats it. 4 years ago when my symptoms started, tons of tests (echo, nuclear stress ,ekg) all results were normal. Ct of chest noted possible COPD.. no pleural eltusions.. what can cause symptom?
