Nope: I would not worry. If you finished all the antibiotics and have no other symptoms I would not worry

CELLULITIS??: Throat infection is pharyngitis , clindamycin is an odd choice for an antibiotic unless you have multiple allergies. If throat lump is present follow up with your doctor to have labs checked and throat cultures and reevaluation of the conditions .
