"All Natural" means-: -that it is exempt from the testing "artificial" drugs undergo to find out about their effectiveness. In short, there is nothing in it that is known to interact with Clindamycin; but if there is, the company that produces natural supplements is under no obligation to check for it, or to tell you if they find it.

No interactions: I looked at the main ingredients and check interactions with clinda using the MedScape and the U of Maryland interaction checkers and did not find any. It seems ok to use together. A word of caution, though. These supplements lack rigorous scientific data and there is not substantial evidence of their effectiveness or safety. I would not call these products "natural". Be safe. Hydrate!
