See oral surgeon: U may have an abcess. If so, it needs to be drained. Strongly recommend you see a Oral MaxilloFacial Surgeon. I would continue the Clindamycin for now also.

See DDS or OMS: Surgical incision and drainage is a commonly used technique in oral surgery to treat dental infections which have progressed to face/throat swellings. Do not delay.
