I went to the er last friday for face/throat swelling related to a toothache. i was prescribed clindamycin 400mg tid. i now have a hard lump on my jaw?

See oral surgeon: U may have an abcess. If so, it needs to be drained. Strongly recommend you see a Oral MaxilloFacial Surgeon. I would continue the Clindamycin for now also.
