Bursitis vs tendinit: Being 25, shoulder bursitis or tendinitis from by minor trauma (pitching baseball, swinging golf-club, strain from wt lifting etc..) is likely the cause of your pain. Do gentle range of motion exercises and stretching, and use of aleve/motrin for a wk or two. If not better, consult doc to have it checked out. Good luck.
