Large patch: Have your doctor look at it, measure it to determine what it is, especially if its that large and raised. Depends how long you've had it, how much has changed over time, and what you might have done to it to self treat it. Your doctor will refer you to dermatology if they need a second opinion. Glad it doesn't itch, hurt or otherwise bother you.
