My right arm turns cold, pale, and numb when raised and sometimes purple with overuse. i have raynauds but these symptoms only happen with that arm and it hurts badly if i dont rest it. could this be indicative of tos?

You are correct. Those symptoms are not consistent with Raynaud disease so TOS needs to be ruled out. You should see a vascular or thoracic surgeon. Good luck.
