If the swelling just over the eyelids then this could be from blepharitis which is inflammation of your eyelids likely due to the eyemakeup. You can try warm compress few times a day for 1-2 minutes; avoid eyemakeup till it completely resolves. If worsens, would suggest you to see your doctor. Hope you feel better soon.
