Wait a couple more: Probably not pink eye if it only lasted 3 days. Sounds like contact lens over wear. Make sure you are following the recommended care for your contact lenses. Open a fresh pair and start using them again in a couple of days as long as there is no pain, redness, and vision is normal with glasses. Good luck.

Pink eye: you should rule out any eye infection before putting contact or makeup on. i would suggest you wait 7-10 days symptoms free before applying anything
