No: No, not all do. No worries though, if baby does lose hair, then you will perhaps have a rough photo op month, but it will pass. This often coincides with the phenomena of infant acne, which might lead you to skip that 2 month photo altogether. My son had this terribly and lost his head full of blonde curls. We called him " crusty crab" there for a while. Congrats on your new baby!
