He needs head images: In children less than two years of age, even minor head trauma can be complicated by skull fractures and intracranial injury. If you have an infant less than 12 months of age, that fell 2 feet in to a hard surface, he should be taken in to be seen by his pediatrician or to the er for imaging of his head as soon as possible.
