Sharp, stabbing pains in my pelvic area often. i have bronchitis so when i cough, the pain gets intense. irregular periods and not sexually active.

Pelvic pain: pelvic pain is complicated. Can involve muscles of abdomen and pelvic floor, could be related to ovarian cysts or other problem with female organs, or could be related to intestines appendix or gallbladder. If not improved with heating pad or Tylenol, (acetaminophen) seeing a doctor for physical exam and possible ultrasound would be a good start.
