Pelvic pain ?'s: Lower left sided pelvic pain on day "9 dpo" (nine days post ovulation) may represent an ovarian cyst which has failed to rupture, and is now distended by hormonal stimulation. Generally cysts will rupture spontaneously and pain will be sharp, ceasing abruptly. If the pain persists, see your gyn physician for an exam, and ask about low dose oral bcp's to control cyst formation.

Pelvic pain: Hi.
I understand your concern. There are several reasons for a pelvic pain, including previous surgeries or procedures, ovarian cysts, colon problems, fibroids in the uterus etc, unfortunately there is no way to distinguish between them without at least and ultrasound and a proper evaluation by a gynecologist.
