Just some additional: Just some additional info. Breast augmentation with implants is relative safe, however there are a lot of things to consider and potential risks. These consults are pretty involved and typically last an hour or more. You can have a natural result. There are many variables to discuss and tailor for your body specifically. Costs are generally $5500 to $7000 depending on implant type, etc.

Breast Aug Options: Breast augmentation can be done with either saline implants, silicone implants, or your own fat (fat transfer). In general, silicone implants have a much more natural feel than saline implants and fat grafts are also very natural feeling. There are a lot of additional choices that need to be made (size, profile, placement, etc). Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes!
