Probably yes: Supposedly cinnamon does have some estrogenic properties, but there isn't any strong data out there that suggests those with estrogen receptor (+) breast cancer are at any significant risk with cinnamon consumption. I would caution you that in general, that more is rarely ever better, and that if you are "gung ho" about cinnamon supplementation that you be reasonable about your intake.
