It : It sounds like your breast augmentation surgery was complicated by a postoperative hematoma. Breast augmentation without the additional surgical procedure takes time to heal, for swelling and bruising to resolve. Your breasts will most likely take even more time to heal and during this process they will evolve in shape and size. It is probably too early to tell if the early shape disturbance you see now will be there months from now. Without seeing you preoperatively, or knowing exactly what was done for you surgically, it would be very difficult to render a more of an opinion at this time.

Your : Your specific problem cannot be addressed without being examined. Generally, barring major complications i.e. Bleeding, infection, wound opening, etc., it is prudent to wait until the normal tissue reaction settles, this may take a number of months before considering any corrective action.

There : There are several issues to consider here. It is very early after surgery and other than the evacuation of the hematoma (blood clots), there are very few indications to operate for at least 3-4 months. You should give this some time and allow for normal setttling of both breast implants. Perhaps the right is too high and after some time it may descend down to the level of the left and the right appears higher due to the swelling whereas the left is in a "normal position". The bruising is normal. As the swelling subsides on the right, he/she may place you in a series of different garments to help influence the final result. Give it some time.

Breast Augmentation : I am sorry to hear about the complication you experienced after breast augmentation surgery. Online consultants, however will not be able to provide you with specific advice without the benefit of direct examination. Best to follow-up with your plastic surgeon and evaluate the long-term results of the procedure performed approximately 6 months down the line. Best wishes.

Ask your surgeon: This is a question that needs to be addressed by your surgeon. If you had a hematoma that was drained, it is normal for that breast to be swollen longer than the other side. http://www.dassmd.com/breast-augmentation/index.html.
