Time will tell: Your daughter is under the influence of your and her father's genetic DNA and as such she is destined to be tall. Now that her period has started and with her new hormones, the growth areas of her femur (the epiphysis) will start to close limiting further growth.

Yes : The average stoppage of growth in a female is three years after the start of her periods. Xrays can also add information on amount of growth left.
