No: You can do nothing to increase her height, beyond providing good nutrition. Eventual height is determined primarily by by two things, genetics and nutrition. The genetics are what they are and you can't alter that. Good nutrition, however, is under your control and does effect growth and development. Understand, however, that five feet tall is slightly below average, but normal for an adult.

Will grow some: The average girl will grow 5 cm after her first menses. Good diet & nutrition can support this but no diet or med will change what her growth pattern decides.
