Could...: This could be caused by different reasons. It could be an infection, a transient inflammatory reaction, ruptured cyst, among others. Follow up with your GYN provider for a final diagnosis and plan of action.

Normal: most likely you had a cyst that ruptures and that will showed as a fluid around the adnexa,nothing to worry about
