I would find a life coach/therapist that can teach you stress management and relaxation techniques. During the process you may discover hidden triggers you can resolve over time. Do the work and you may be able to live life drug free.

You have received some excellent advice from Dr Ferguson, and suggest you heed this. But, we here at HT could look at this more thoroughly via a virtual consult if you wish (www.connect@healthtap.com)

What you HAVEN'T told us is how severe your RLS is off anxiety meds and whether you're taking medicine for your RLS. If you're NOT taking medication for your RLS, why not? You should consider treating your RLS symptoms to find out whether improvement of those symptoms affects your mood. You may be confusing RLS symptoms with anxiety symptoms.
