No: A meta-analysis published in the Journal of Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics in 2010 found that SNRIs showed statistical but not clinical significance when compared with SSRIs in treating MDD. If that's all you wanted to know, great. You can't really expect much more in 400 characters.
