No: Not exactly. You have Insulin resistance and require more Insulin to maintain a normal glucose. Your lipids may be elevvated also. Have blood work done by your doctor to assess your lipid-fat status in the blood.

No: Glucose is sugar, different from fat. With pcos you do not build up glucose, unless you are also diabetic. Women with pcos may definitely have high Insulin levels, but this also is different.
