Unsure of question: I am not sure what you are asking. Blood sugar is normally maintained in a very narrow range of around 4 to 7 nmol/l throughout the day. When not eating, glucose is released from the liver from glycogen stores to maintain sugars. Hormones like glucagon help this process. After eating, Insulin is released to maintain normal sugars.
