Improper posture: You are straining your back and neck due to bad posture while using your computerts. Make sure you maintain a good posture while working.. Begin your day with streching exercises. Accomodations like using an ergonomic key board , work station and adjusting the height of your chair and desk will make a significant difference .Take frequent short breaks for stretching and relaxation exercises.
