Insomnia: Usually not related to BP however if you do have high BP and are unable to get a good nights rest - then it may be related. A multitude of conditions can lead to fatigue: lack of asleep, stress thyroid or other hormonal imbalances, anemia, extreme warm climates with dehydration are a few to start with.

Fatigue and BP: It's possible that having higher blood pressures could cause fatigue as your heart is having to work harder against a higher pressure system, especially if one does not have good conditioning and reserves. An important question here is what is your blood pressure running. If you haven't had it checked (more than once) you should. If the BP is normal, need to consider other causes of fatigue.
