Step-Up Therapy: If you are suffering from chronic rhinitis then you are likely under-treating your disease. Saline sprays are helpful but not best treatment for persistent congestion, post-nasal drip, and running. Consider starting medicated nasal steroid sprays. See an Allergist to determine what possible triggers you may have so that appropriate treatment can be prescribed.
