Allergies: This sounds like allergic rhinitis with post nasal drainage. Consider an antihistamine and nasal steroid spray trial. Also allergy testing may be appropriate with long term refractory symptoms. If throat symptoms persist see an otolaryngologist for a complete pharyngeal (throat) examination.
