Maybe: i cannot explain why but in my 23 years of practice it seems to be a pretty common sequellie after this type surgery.

Probably : Sometimes blood can flow outside uterus through Fallopian tubes and out into belly. This is normal. Sometimes when tubes are removed or blocked then the blood can stretch the uterus more causing more pain. This is not dangerous. However you also might want to be checked for infection at the gynecologist office
