Definitely!: you may have rubbed your eyes wrong, or have dry eyes from the angle that you slept. So lubricating drops are a good option to use until you can get to your eye doctor to have it examined. If it's smarts, it may mean you have what's known as a 'recurrent corneal erosion' that occurred because of exposure. It's easily remedied and 100% reversible. So see your eye specialist soon!
